Choose the Support You Need to Heal

A new year begins, and with it comes that familiar energy of wanting to do things differently. Of wanting to heal for real. I want to open this first blog post of 2026 by reminding you of something I have witnessed again and again, both in my practice and in my in-person workshops: information can transform, yes… but support is what helps you stay the course.

So many people come to me with a sincere desire to heal. They have read, listened to podcasts, saved videos, taken notes. They already know the body has an extraordinary ability to repair itself when obstacles are removed and its natural rhythm is restored. That part is true, and it is powerful.

But this is also true: knowing is not always the same as being able to stay with the process.

Because healing is not only about understanding. Healing asks for consistency. It asks you to choose yourself again when routine feels heavy, when motivation drops, when your body speaks in signals that scare you, or when your mind insists on returning to what feels familiar. That is where a mentor becomes an invaluable tool.

A mentor does not “save” anyone. A mentor helps illuminate the next step, helps you see what you cannot see. A mentor guides you remember what you already know when the noise covers it up. Takes you there calmly, step by step, until your nervous system, your mind, and your heart begin to work in harmony again.

Some time ago, I already wrote about this topic on the blog, because the value of a mentor is worth repeating. And still, over the years, I have understood something even more deeply: it is not enough to know guidance matters. That guidance also needs to be accessible, close, and possible for more people, no matter where they are.

In my in-person workshops I have seen something beautiful: when someone can speak with me, look me in the eyes, ask questions, share what they are going through, and feel they are not alone, something settles inside. That interaction helps bring information down into a concrete plan. And, even more importantly, it helps carry that plan into real life.

That closeness has always moved me. And for years I held the same desire: that my message could also reach those who do not live nearby, those who cannot travel, those who need support from where they are.

That is why, before anything else, I wrote my book. It was the first bridge. The first way to carry this information beyond a workshop room, beyond a consultation, beyond an in-person conversation. I wanted you to be able to hold these ideas in your hands, reread them, underline them, return to them when you need to, and begin building your own healing path with calm and clarity.

After that step, I launched my first free online course (in Spanish for now). I designed it as an introduction to a more personal and intimate connection with me, so you can begin walking this process with guidance and structure, at your own pace, from your own space.

And now I also offer a complete online course (in Spanish for now). I created it with the intention of supporting you more deeply, so you can sustain your process, understand it with clarity, and trust more and more in that inner healing power that already lives within you.

My book and my courses come from the same place: love for life, the certainty that your body is not against you, and the conviction that healing does not have to be a lonely road. I want you, no matter what part of the world you are in, to have access to this valuable information and, above all, to guidance that helps you turn it into concrete actions, with peace, intention, and continuity.

If this year you want to heal, not just learn about healing, choose the kind of support that helps you stay on the path. Sometimes the difference between trying and truly moving forward is not willpower. It is having someone walk with you, with steadiness and tenderness, until healing stops feeling like a distant goal and becomes a way of living.
